Just How High is "High"?

One thing guaranteed to annoy me, is people talking about "high heels" and then only having low heels, with maybe a 1 or 2" heel. To my mind that isn't really a high heel. The picture above demonstrates that quite nicely. I have to admit, of the above, my favourite would have to be the 16cm heel!
