VOLUNTEERING AND SPORTS
Over a quarter of all the volunteers in Britain are involved in sports. These volunteers are involved in all aspects of sport from the very technical coaching roles to administration, preparing equipment and facilities, fundraising and organising social events.
The Volunteer Centre wants to hear from sports clubs who need volunteers as we have over 30 years experience in supporting groups in the recruitment and management of volunteers. We can help you develop your current volunteers, write volunteering policy, recruit new volunteers and promote your club. All our services are free to local sports clubs.
