At Baba Enterprises we take great pride in being the first company in the UK to produce freshly made papads (Uncooked Poppadoms). Baba Enterprises was founded in 1994 and initially our one and only product was the SAI papad.

We now manufacture not only ten different flavoured papads, but also Mathia (sweet poppadoms), Papdi (rice wafer) and 20 different variteties of Indian savouries & snacks, and since we are strict vegetarians we always ensure that all our products are free from artificial flavourings and animal products.

The recipe we use for our poppadoms today is exactly the same used back home by our parents in Nadidad, our hometown in Gujarat, India. Back home, great pride is taken in the preparation of food and it is a tradition which we still follow.

Run by the Patel family in Birmingham (UK), Baba Enterprises has seen rapid growth and is currently in the process of exporting its products to the US. This growth can only be attributed to the exceptional quality of our products and the good relations we keep with all our distributors.
