appoint a project worker who will facilitate the setting up of small groups, e.g. self help and support groups, and the wider use of the church building,
run a meeting point for the lonely and disadvantaged,
improve the access and facilities for the disabled,
provide meeting rooms, kitchen, toilet, and an office at the west end of the church, and create a welcoming lobby which will reduce the draughts and make the church more comfortable.
