The Children’s Holiday Club is run for a week in August each
year, in conjunction with other churches in Buckingham. It caters for
children aged 5-14 and takes place in Church and in Well Street Church.
Themes have included a circus, a star ship and a holiday ship adventure
cruise, but there is always a Biblical thread to the week. Stories, games,
craft activities etc fully occupy the 200+ children who attend each morning.
In 2006 we shared with the children of Buckingham Gods amazing plan which started with creation, includes us today and will continue for eternity. They travelled through the Bible meeting with people God used as part of his plan and saw how Gods faithfulness has been and is constant. The children discovered how they were part of Gods plan and how they could come to know Jesus as their friend and saviour.
