PAMPLONA SONGS IN THE "NO BULLSHIT"
FANZINE
This is a very well known song in Spain.
It counts down through the months to the festival.
It may be the best known non-religious song in Spain.
Uno de enero,
dos de febrero,
tres de marzo,
cuatro de abril,
cinco de mayo,
seis de junio,
siete de julio:
SAN FERMIN!
A Pamplona hemos de ir
con una bota, con una bota.
A Pamplona hemos de ir
con una media y un calcetin.
from New York to Newcastle, when any true
aficionados of Pamplona meet. You will often hear it,
in the bars and streets of Pamplona, so take the trouble
to learn it and join in!
It also makes a pleasant change from the normal
"Get Your Tits Out For The Boys" that well known
English folk song. Often sung with great gusto as some
young, intellectually challenged, well endowed
antipodean girl climbs the monument outside the
Mussel Bar to later dive bare chested into the
outstretched arms of the miscellaneous drunks that
have gathered to witness this strange ritual. To find
out more about this lunatic pursuit read the section
entitled "Assholes and Bimbos" in the Fanzine. Another
exciting little game that can be played based on the
song above, involved some heavy drinking and
therefore should only be played by people who
consider themselves serious Party Animals . The
game is called Uno de enero . It has been suggested
that this game is a good means of learning the song,
however I am sure that if over-indulgence in strong
drink helped one's linguistic ability I for one would
be speaking in tongues by now. The game is explained
in detail in the printed version of the Fanzine.
