I saw this in a local shop for a an extremely low price, but when I picked it up to try it, I soon found out why. The action was very high indeed. However, as it was so cheap I bought it and tried to correct the fault. I tried and tried to shift the truss rod but I couldn't, so in the end I gave up and now use it for slide. It does pretty well for this and saves me having to set up and tune one of my other guitars when I want to play a bottleneck blues.

The electrics are passive, but through a preamp into an amp I can get a reasonable sound out of it plugged in. The finish is a horrible silver colour and it has one of those bowl backs that make it difficult to play sitting down. It's really a junk guitar, but it does what's required of it and you can't ask more than that.
