Orders and enquiries can be made by fax, phone, e-mail or post only to our office in Billericay. We accept official orders by e-mail, post or fax from most organisations in the western world with an established credit history with us, and will invoice these organisations. An order form is available - e-mail us (see below) and we'll send it to you. Please note that although we try to deal with all orders as quickly as possible, much of our stock comes from abroad and supplies can take time to arrive - please bear with us. We can sometimes supply out of print maps in digital format. If you require goods by a certain date, please let us know. Handling and delivery costs are added to all orders; please contact us concerning these if you are paying in advance. Payment can be made by card (Switch/Maestro, VISA, MasterCard, or Amex - we reserve the right to charge a supplement for card payment) or by cheque or bank draft or postal order in £ sterling or by US dollar cheque, or by bank transfer (our account details are included on our invoices) or by cheque in Euros. All payments should be sent to our Billericay office. Again, please ask if you need more information. Where possible, we offer discounts to educational establishments. These can be quite substantial. We also offer discounts on bulk orders (particularly large quantities of the same item), again where possible.

The vast majority of maps listed are in colour. Maps from Third World countries are normally a bit scruffy, because they are packed inadequately at the point of origin. We have no choice but to supply these maps, because this is often all we can get for these countries. Most of the maps are in a language relevant to the country of origin e.g. French for West Africa. However, many of the foreign maps have some English. If you are sensitive about the language of a map, please ask. Map prices are correct at the time of printing, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice. There are factors beyond our control (e.g. exchange rates) which affect our prices. Map availability changes often. Please ask if you need more information.
Please note we can only accept returned goods by prior agreement. Please do not send anything back to us without our agreement. We might well refuse to take delivery of goods returned without our prior agreement.
